Description
Let's the user increase the max cap for population.
Default is +200, value can be set at Steam/steamapps/common/Elin/BepInEx/Config/elin.setmaster.population.cfg

It worked once and that's it. Every other character I've made has regular default value

@Ginrikuzuma Yeah, I felt like Vernis was a ghost town with only the 13 npc cap. I'm happy you liked it.

Oh this looks nice. I'm having a fertility / soil issue where I Just don't have enough residents. This seems like a decent work around. Also should make the base more lived in with a ton more people running around.
