Description
Enables the concrete skin for all other blocks when using AQD - Concrete mod.

Make sure to put this mod above the AQD - Concrete mod to function properly.

I use the concrete skin on other blocks quite a bit to represent things like ablative coatings and non-slip surfaces so having it disabled was preventing me from being able to use the concrete mod itself.
