Description
Localized startup loading texture fix for Russian language

ATTENTION: Works only when you switch between the menus of Half-Life 2, Lost Coast (from EXTRAS), Episodes: One and Two - because the workshop is loaded after the main menu of the game appears!

Replaces the English startup inscription on the loading texture in the lower right corner with the Russian localization.
