Invisible Bandages

Description
Makes bandages on players and zombies invisible for aesthetics or more compatibility with other texture mods (like Shadow Zombies). Does not affect hair shape, and you will still have the "hat" mesh when you wear a head bandage.

Works in B42 and B41.
