Description
Lead by Sister Miriam Godwinson, this faction believes in dominionism. Inspired by Sid Meyer's Alpha Centauri.
This is not supposed to be an exact reconstruction of the Lord's Believers faction from SMAC, so please don't treat it as such.

Trait:
+10% Combat Strength against Sponsors with higher tech level.
Units fight at full strength even when damaged.
-15% Science

Might I suggest some bonus tweak? Like lessen the penalty on the research a bit, and give them bonus vs. covert actions. Sister Miriam was really hard to take spy actions against compared to other factions.
