I AM NOT AN ORIGINAL AUTHOR OF DLL

To Set Ur StRiPr status go to options tab.

Installation:

Unpack dll file to steamapps/common/GarrysMod/garrysmod/lua/bin

Easy... Yes?

I don't quite understand what kind of binary dll module it is and where it can be downloaded

Тебе нужно DLL бинарный модуль скачать. Засунуть его в папку steamapps/common/GarrysMod/garrysmod/lua/bin (нету, создай). Потом ты сможешь в игре текст менять

oh, ok so i have to both create a new folder, change to 86-64 bit beta, and download the workshop ver at same time
