half-assed mod imo

Replaces Barney Calhoun to Adrian Shephard... well, puts a gasmask on him, but others call him by Shephard! (only in HL2 though...) Includes voicelines from Episode One!

Hello! Could you please telk me how to make a voice replacement? I want to create a mod for my language community. I found a program to extract audio files from the game, extracted them, edited them, but when I wanted to test them in the game, I came across that the edited voice are not played, and the NPCs are silent. I will be very grateful!
