Ninking's Dynamic Ideas

Description
This mod revamps and improves the AI:s reasoning when it comes to picking dynamic idea groups. I have done my best at making the AI think smartly when it decides which idea group it should pick for its situation, along with not being completely predictable in order to introduce variation between different games.

A lot of effort has gone into balancing the pick rates of especially Expansion and Exploration ideas. Check it out, it's pretty good!

@Angel Hmm, it should show up. The pre-game screen where you select your mods? That should be open when you do it. Then coming here and resubbing should work. If not, I don't know what to tell you haha.

@Angel Open the launcher (don't start the game) and unsubscribe and resubscribe to the mod while it's open. Steam downloads it but for whatever reason it doesn't always post it into your mods folder unless the game is running.

is steam bugged or something? I suscribed and it does not download the mod
