Upgraded your first ship bro

Reduced the weight, added rudders for balance and turning, changed the AI, hid the chair inside the ship, tweaked the shells and turrets a little, added a signal jammer to use that ridiculous ammount of engine power, made the front of the hull smoother for the sake of speed boost, added minimal EMP protection, added ACBs to manage resource consumption, added some paint, added a couple propellers.
