HL2 Rescored: Version 2

Half-Life 2 Rescored, a mod that includes entirely new music for several chapters. This is a mod that aims to eventually replace every piece of music in Half-Life 2, and possibly its episodes, with original compositions. All tracks are intended to be in a style that is both similar to Half-Life 2's original music, and at the same time more intense and melodic.

This is the second demo of Half-Life 2 Rescored. It replaces the same tracks as the first update, with the addition of several new ambient tracks throughout the game, and many new combat tracks, mainly throughout the City 17 chapters and up to the final boss.


Many old tracks have been updated! Along with several new additions:

Mortal Dysphoria - Replaces "Triple Entanglement"
Echoes of a Better Time - Replaces "Particle Ghost"
Isolate, Expose, Administer - Replaces "Hard Fought (Long)"
Engagement Flashpoint - Replaces "Suppression Field"
Antifragile - Replaces "LG Orbifold"
Triage at Sunrise - Replaces "Triage at Dawn"
Miscount - Replaces "Train Station 2"
Locomotive - Replaces "Apprehension and Evasion"
Triangulation Funk - Replaces "Brane Scan"
Acquiescocracy Severance Assignment - Replaces "Pulse Phase" only in final boss fight
Empty Cells - Plays during Nova Prospekt turret section
