[B41] Rokem's Ash's Poncho's Remastered Expanded

Requires MilPoncho and Ash's Poncho's Remastered mod to function.

Adds new poncho colours inspired by UdderlyEvelyn's Military Ponchos Expanded mod. Sorry, I did not do the cow print as I'd need to make a new custom texture for it and I'm too lazy for that. It also slightly changes the texture colours from the remaster, removes the craftable recipes, and slightly increases the rarity of the poncho (Thanks UdderlyEvelyn for this code).

• Modifies existing colours: Green, Yellow, and Black.
  
• Green texture was missing in original, so I added my own.
  
• Black texture has been modified to be slightly lighter.
  
• Yellow texture was changed to be more like a tarp-like yellow.
  
• Adds new colours: Red, Navy, White, Brown, and Grey.
  
• Halves the chance of a poncho spawning (they were a bit excessive).
  
• Allows all colors of ponchos to spawn.
  
• Removes the crafting/painting recipes so that they're more special to find (and because it was so cheap that I found it unbalanced).
  
• Additional submod that nerfs the stats of the poncho for those who feel that the original was too overpowered (when using this both modules must be active).

• Bite resistance reduced to 10
  
• Scratch resistance reduced to 15
  
• Wind resistance for ALL versions changed to 0.75
  
• Neck protection for all UP versions changed to 0.8
  
• Neck protection for all DOWN versions changed to 0.5

Activate BOTH modules if you wish to use the nerfed modifiers.
If you want to use the original stats, leave the nerf mod disabled.
