Advanced Cloak - Transparency Fix

Description
"A cloak addon that makes you become invisible like characters in Ghost in the Shell."

A reupload of the popular Advanced Cloak mod, which was taken down just 3 days after being uploaded to the workshop.
This reupload fixes a few typos and stops the HUD element from rendering over certain screen overlays.

To use, bind a key to "advanced_cloak"
Settings can be adjusted in Utilities under "AyachiNene's Mods"
