64 Bit Compatibility Patch: Dreams

Description
64 Bit support for Dreams (Discord Rich Presence)

Introduction
Replaces Dreams functionality 'On-Top'-Style to add support for game versions 1.10.0 and above.
Also adds a x86_64 lib of the discord sdk to the search path via Library Loader.

Announcement: Dreams does not work anymore as of "The Watcher" - Game Version 1.10.0 - 1.10.1 due to code changes.

This is not a trivial patch like this mod has done so until now. I'll try to evaluate the required effort and if its not too time consuming I might include this fix in this mod aswell.

For now though, consider this mod non-working.
