Shadow Over the Caribean

Description
The year is 1982. Amid rising tensions in the Cold War, the Gulf of Venezuela becomes a flashpoint. Oil-rich Venezuela faces an escalating territorial dispute with neighboring Colombia over maritime boundaries. Both NATO and the Warsaw Pact see an opportunity to gain a foothold in the region. Covert intelligence reports suggest both sides are funneling resources into the area, bringing the Cold War perilously close to direct confrontation.

Mission 1: Silent Intrusion
Objective: Conduct reconnaissance and establish a foothold.
Mission 2: Base Breaker
Strike at the heart of Warsaw Pact operations in the Gulf by destroying their covert submarine base, but beware of lurking subs and relentless bomber attacks.
Mission 3: Oilfield Inferno
Disable Warsaw Pact logistics by neutralizing key oil platforms in the Maracaibo Basin while navigating heavy air defenses and civilian proximity.
Mission 4: Final Gambit
Engage in an all-out naval battle as NATO's carrier group faces off against the formidable Kirov-class battlecruiser and a desperate Warsaw Pact counteroffensive.

As I receive feedback I will be updating the missions, as of now I think they are both challenging and doable!

LAST UPDATED 10/12/2024

The series is finished for now, but I will create others in the future.

Have fun!

I have now finished the series and have uploaded the missions both for NATO and USSR. You have a lot of aerial combat too @Leif_Ironside

Thanks for the feebacks!

Would like to see follow-on missing to these they were fun. Maybe the same scenario from mission 2 but focused on using air assets to destroy the targets instead of ships would be fun too.

Hi @jasoriab

That is an idea I was thinking of, hence the second mission has a different name, at the moment the game is a bit unpolished, but I will try to number the missions on the next update.!

Thanks for the suggestion thought!

Hi @VeneSpy

If I may suggest, it would be great if the order number in the campaign was included in the Name field of each mission, so that they could be completed in an orderly fashion when they are all loaded.
