Outer Limits Topbar Resources

Short Description
  • Display resources in the topbar (Oil, Aluminum, Rubber, Tungsten, Steel & Chromium)
  • Freely movable resources bar, drag it anywhere you want
  • Toggle displayed topbar resources (enabled / only deficit & import / disabled)
  • Text colors in topbar resources:
    • Red text color: Deficit Resources (Oil: stockpile ratio < 50%)
    • Yellow text color: Surplus with Import Resources
    • Green text color: Surplus Resources

Compatibility
  • Compatible with: 1.16.*
  • NOT Ironman compatible!
  • as far as I know compatible with all other mods which do not add or remove resource types
  • Fully Supported Languages: English / German
  • Partially Supported Languages: French / Spanish / Portuguese / Polish / Russian / Japanese / Chinese (contact me if you want to add a language, it is not much to translate)

- center is not possible due to different screen resolutions, but the bar is movable now
- I added the green color for surplus

Hi, i appreciate your mod!
I have 2 suggestions:

-Is it possible to center the topbar in the UI?
-Is it possible to add the green color from the trade screen (for surplus)
