Adds a Horse Market a bit outside the Cattleman City on the north side of it plus some horse-related accessories in the major towns Cowboys in Dreg adds.

Adds also the riding pose animation to all races Cowboys in Dreg adds.

V2 Adjusted horse hitching poles in Cattleman City to reflect the chnges done to the town on update 19 of CID.

Removed dependency to Cowboy Wardrobe.

Added towns to the two starts.
