In this addon, https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3303043112 anims are working because author wrote a code which allowing citizens use anims with ACT_IDLE_ANGRY_PISTOL and ACT_IDLE_PISTOL

Other pistol weapons work fine when I give them to NPCs, but the hl2 pistol does not work
