Improved custom GDP++ compatible AI strategies for the Break of Dawn map.

@perl Thank you for this! I was able to replicate/confirm this to be the case. The bug was in GDP++, or rather, I forgot to push the GDP++ update to allow AI to use Factories, hence the crash here.

Enabling this seems to crash my game for some reason. I have the Break of Dawn map and the GDP mods enabled. The normal AI mod works fine though.
