Show Hidden "Trees"

A stump in Autumn Hills and a dead tree in Cherry Meadows don't show up in all saves. They're only in saves with their corresponding hints in Morgante's Song. I think not having them visible in all saves takes a little away from the world, and it also makes helping others with finding those Morgante's Song clues more difficult. This mod simply makes both visible in all saves.

(I'm using "tree" as the term to describe both objects despite the stump not really being one b/c that's the best I could come up with, hence the quotes)
