Craftable Tires

With this mod you will be able to rip tires to get rubber, which can be later used to craft tires from scratch.
Both the magazine which teaches how to craft the tires and rubber will be found on Mechanic shops.

• Build 41
- Rubber: Any Tire and a sharp knife. If the tire has over 80% you get an additional rubber piece.
- Tire: 2 Rubber, 4 Screws, 1 Metal Sheet, a Blowtorch and a Lug Wrench.
• Build 42
- Tire: 4 Tire Piece, 4 Screws, 1 Steel Sheet, a Blowtorch and a Lug Wrench

+ Whether the quality of the crafted tires scales with Mechanics/Metalworking (Welding for B42) level and by how much it scales with each skill.
+ If the crafted tires are always max quality.

- Works on Singleplayer
- Works on Multiplayer
- Works in Build 41 and Build 42
- Can be added to existing saves
- Can be removed from existing saves

> Full compatibility for tires from KI5 mods.
> Add a 3d model for the rubber item. Not working on this anymore, in build 42 there is already a vanilla replacement for rubber in the form of the Tire Piece item
> Add rubber to foraging zones to make tires an infinite resource.
