@zen you have to also subscribe to the YK Framework mod and make sure it's earlier in the load order than this mod. Steam should automatically do this, but sometimes it fails. Once I have some time I'll pull the code from that mod into my mod so you no longer have to be subscribed to the other mod. When I tried to click on "Select a new portrait." it popped up this sentence

after checking the update tho, I think the mod was just completely outdated..

nvm it worked, another mod caused this

I tried picking a new portrait for generic adventurer but nothing changed guess tihs mod doesn't work for them?

Yeah, this mod can't change unique npc portraits because of the way the game handles them
