I thought it'd be funny ok.


The mod changes the looks and sounds of It lives, as well as Mom's Heart fights.

It will probably conflict with other reskins so be aware of that.

Just recently saw this but for some reason when playing Bethany the soul heart icon on the left just disappears I made sure it was this mod that did it
