You changed the UI which is the thing that made me unsub from it. I only play AoH3 mods that are plain scenario mods.

Reichskommisariats are semi colonial governments so they may not have enough autonomy
DON'T ADD GENERAL GOVERNMENT THAT IS LIKE ADDING VOJVODINA AS SEPARATE FROM SERBIA BECAUSE GENERAL GOVERNMENT WAS AN AUTONOMY
