Important Allies don't regenerate HP

Description
Alyx, Barney and Grigori have a fast health regeneration active on them at all times.

This mod removes it. Though they will get all their lost HP back during level transitions.


Optional Ally Health Display
I originally included this addon with a special hud display that shows important npcs' health and other stats, but I ultimately decided to make this into a separate thing.

The config is as follows:
