Description
I just removed some extra bones and changed mesh to skeleton bindings a bit so it would be valvebiped above the waist
Made to be used with ARC9 Base

the left parts (idk it looks like WW2 grenade or smth), does not merged with arm.
Otherwise it works perfectly.
