The 6th Division Captain of the Gotei 13 Byakuya Kuchiki. Based off the DS game Jump Ultimate Stars (JUS).

Neutral Special: Petal Wave
Byakuya fires petals in an arc forward.

Side Special: Hado #4 Byakurai
Byakuya launches a lightning spell forward temporarily paralyzing his opponents.

Up Special: Jump
Byakuya jumps upwards.

Down Special: Kido Barrier
Byakuya places a barrier that can deflect attacks and damage enemies. (You can only have 1 up at a time)

Ultra(On Ground): Bankai
Byakuya releases his bankai and attacks any nearby enemy with thousands of petals.
