This mod makes all new Planetary Encounters (vanilla ground installations) spawn controlled by the Space Pirate faction.

I made this because I felt that encounters owned by factions I didn't want to piss off were pointless. After all, if you can't shoot it or loot it, what's the point?

This also changes all wreckages to be owned by the Unknown faction rather than traders, for similar reasons.
