I found a way to fix the dwarfs!
You just need to add more factions to the file:

wh3_dlc25_dwf_malakai
wh_main_dwf_dwarf_rebels
wh_main_dwf_dwarfs (This is Thorgrim)
wh_main_dwf_dwarfs_qb1
wh_main_dwf_dwarfs_qb2
wh_main_dwf_dwarfs_qb3
wh_main_dwf_dwarfs_qb4
wh_main_dwf_dwarfs_seperatists_qb1
wh_main_dwf_dwarfs_seperatists_qb2
wh_main_dwf_dwarfs_seperatists_qb3
wh_main_dwf_dwarfs_seperatists_qb4

I included the unplayable factions simply because they have a line of code in the original game files.
