Description
This ended up larger than expected.
Originally meant to focus only on player-guided munitions, this pack ended up serving as a testbed for a variety of novel bomb ideas outside the usual norm. Have at it.

ASM-SA-1 “Cormorant” — Command-guidance anti-ship missile
Primitive anti-ship guided munition, fitted with a command-guidance radar receiving seeker. Decent blast radius and good damage against exposed weak points, but the antiquated seeker sometimes gets confused by ground clutter, causing it to veer sharply off its intended flight path. Nonetheless, constant illumination by the launch platform mitigates this to some degree, and its impressive glide characteristics underline an equally impressive practical flight range.

Payload/Avionics: 60/10
Range: 1000 (nominal, practically infinite)
Damage: 400
Ammo: 2
Reload rate: 10s
Speed: 20
Camera guided — follows the center of the camera in real time, enabling command guidance steering.
Blast radius: 20 units

RGB-1 “Naginata”— Rocket guided bomb
Modified PGB with a rocket motor attached to it. Typically operated via a WSO, but can also be cued via a targeting pod slaved to a pilot HMD. Modern laser dazzling countermeasures may occasionally cause the munition to veer wildly off course during the terminal phase, necessitating constant illumination. Aftermarket modifications have resulted in an impressive turn radius and a much longer range than the listed nominal range, limited only by the rocket motor’s burn time.

Payload/Avionics: 80/20
Range: 1500 (nominal)
Damage: 800
Ammo: 1
Reload rate: 10s
Speed: 8000
Camera
Blast radius: 20 units

GB-3 “Thunderbolt” — Earthquake bomb
Superheavy guided bomb, intended to take down hardened structures underground via direct penetration. In the absence of a hard substrate or thick armor to penetrate, the large quantity of explosive filler can also cause localized earthquakes and shockwaves, though some care is required to avoid flying into the effect radius.

Payload/Avionics: 160/20
Range: 3000
Damage: 1200
Ammo: 1
Reload rate: 24s
Fire-and-forget (Air-to-ground)
Blast radius: 200 units

UB-5 Cudgel — Wide Area bomb
Demolition bomb fitted with a lighter casing compared to its contemporaries, enabling the carriage of an additional bomb and a vastly increased area of effect for the same weight, at the cost of damage. Designed to capitalize on an increasing trend of dubious building safety codes, which often leave an exposed structural weak point only nominally covered by massed defensive turrets.

Payload/Avionics: 80/10
Damage: 250
Ammo: 4
Reload rate: 7.5s
Unguided
Blast radius: 80 units

UB-M2 “Truncheon” — High-drag salvo bomb
High-drag, low-weight high-explosive bomb meant for area destruction. An expanding tail array slows the munition down upon release, giving the launch platform time to clear the ample blast radius before detonation. Embodying a maxim of overwhelming instantaneous firepower, the Truncheon eschews typical single-unit reloading in favor of a full-clip reload.
BONUS: Comes with a “Double Load” option for heavier aeros.

Payload/Avionics: 40/10 | 80/20
Damage: 250
Ammo: 6 | 12
Reload rate: 8s | 18s (Full-clip)
Unguided
Blast radius: 60 units
