Unofficial implementation of the base game SEAL and Spetsnaz Assault Rafts.

Allows them to be placed and controlled as a normal unit in the Mission Editor.

Unit is available under Vessels. If chosen from [All Countries] or [USA] it will default to SEALs, if chosen from [USSR] it will default to Spetsnaz.

Mod will be deleted if/when Triassic implements the unit Officially.
