Purpose:
A UI for sizing parts to custom dimensions.

Application:
Can be used to achieve more subtle shapes of creation.

Usage:
1. Target part that you want to edit (no need to select the part)
* Make sure that part is not attached
2. Change measurements of width, height and depth.
* Most parts only support one or two dimensions
* While custom size (for example 2.3) can be achieved, size still has to comply with default game constrains (min/max allowed size)
3. Click "Apply"
4. Either enjoy result or be presented with error message. ;D
