A32 "Bear"

History
Introduced in 1943, the A32 was the United States' answer to the escalating challenge of Japanese armoured advances and heavily fortified positions across the Pacific islands. Designed specifically for ground attack, the A32 was built to operate at low altitude in tropical environments in support of allied troops and armour.

Armed with a Rapid fire 50mm Auto-loaded gun and 3 additional forward facing 50.cals the A32 excelled at neutralising Japanese medium and heavy tanks, as well as concrete bunkers. Its robust airframe allowed it to survice incoming anti-aircraft fire, while its engines allowed it to leave combat areas before being intercepted. In case that wasnt an option it also has a very strong rear facing armament of 3 turrets. One Top turret able to turn 360° as well as two rear turrets with 180° firing arch's.
Operating from forward airbases on islands, squadrons of A32s proved pivotal in clearing beachheads for infantry as well as mechanised landing forces.

Pilots of the A32 developed tactics specifically for low-altitude bombing. Though vulnerable to enemy fighters, the A32’s escorts and resilient design was often enough to bring pilots home even with substantial battle damage. Including stories of pilots returning to base with shredded wings or surviving crash landings after successful missions.

Startup Procedure

  1. E1 and E2 Master Ignition
  2. Enable E1 and E2 Radiators and Fuel Pumps
  3. Throttle to just above 25 (at least between 25 and 55)
  4. Hold Starter E1 (wait for RPM to Rise to about 300)
  5. then hold Starter E2 (wait for RPM to Rise to about 300) (Engines need to be started ONE AT A TIME)
  6. Throttle up to between 50 to 70 get the engines running

TO TAXI
  1. Increase collective
  2. Disable Brakes (towards the pilots feet)
  3. Steer the plane with Left/Right to the desired Take off point
  4. once there re-enable Brakes

To Take Off
  1. Set Flaps to 50°
  2. make sure engines, fuel etc is running
  3. Disable Brakes
  4. Increase Collective
  5. Throttle from around 50 to 100 slowly

Further Notes
- The plane is rather sluggish, it takes a while to accelerate and turn. IT IS NOT A FIGHTER AIRCRAFT. Its mainly a Attack aircraft and can be used as a bomber interceptor for higher altitudes (hence the radar). Its meant to strafe ground Target and drop bombs. The radar can also be used to shadow boats and attack them/ relay information via the long range radio)

- How to use RADAR:
  1. Enable Radar Breakers
  2. Enable Cathode Display

To tune use the thresholds. If a target is within the set threshold (the number on the gauge +- 1.5km) it will be projected on the screen.

About the Project
The Pacific Front is a Alternate History Project about the time from 1940s through to the 70s in a time of turmoil, war and desperation. It focuses on the countries around the pacific ocean, like the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Russia, China and a lot more. All the the project vehicles are fictional in nature and have their own story, lore and design. The Projects creations have a tendency for high fidelity, decoration and multi crew operation.

And I can also not load up sw and test myself bc I am not anywhere near my home computer.

As said, infinite fuel needs to be off.
It sounds like thats the issue
We've been using the plane for over a month now and didnt have such issues. So idk what else could be wrong.

I think i have the same issue as scotsman, i cant take off on a runway without cranking up the wind to get it into the air, and once its in the air with 0 wind its constantly on the verge of stalling

It should definitely work. Just make sure to not have inf fuel on, it screws with the ECU. This plane requires like half the runway, its got quite strong engines.
Dont forget to use full throttle and full collective when taking off!

Hey Dio, I don't know if it is me but when trying to take off even on the full length airstrip at the FJ Warner Docks I couldn't get it in the air even though I had followed the startup and take off procedure to the letter as well as flaps set to what it recommend.
