Basically, it's a rip-off from the original mod.

Now it contains only buffs to common infected (Charger's walking speed is still reduced, because he uses the common's value)

I DID NOT TEST IT. If it (for some reason) doesn't work - contact me via comments. But I don't think it shoud be buggy, because I just deleted few convars from main file.
