Replace M16A2..

This is 香風 智乃's MW23 HK 416... The original mod has beed deleted..
I manage to fixing it.

- Fixed reload time

- no RNG reload

- hud ? not correctly same

- fixed the attachment . muzzle flash, bullet, laser position.

I made it slower to fit the reload time.
