Changes zone placement logic to allow placing zones within 5 tiles of the edge of a pocket map, and also disables the visible edge-of-map border within pocket maps.

It's highly unlikely you will even notice this issue unless you're trying to make use of Alpha Genes' pocket planes, but if you're one of the 5 other people who want to do that, then this is for you.
