Trojan Support Vehicle

Description
Adds the Trojan (Chimera alternative), a logistic support vehicle, to the Astra Militarum.
The Trojan takes the power of the Chimera engine and puts it to work carrying supplies to support the front lines. Instead of transporting men, its cargo consists of food, ammunition, and spare parts for repairing various vehicles (Supply Haul: Gives allied troops within 2 tiles, -33% Food upkeep, +33% Healing rate, and +1 Morale per turn).
As it operates in the back lines, its thick armour plating has been stripped down; with less armour comes more space for supplies (-2 armour, 0 cargo slots, +1 movement, -10 ore production cost, +15 food production cost).
What it lacks in defence, it also lacks in offence. The Multilas and Lasgun Array have been stripped, leaving a single Heavy Bolter with an inexperienced crew (-2 accuracy). While it won't kill many predators, the threat of Overwatch and trust in the God-Emperor will keep wildlife at bay.

No custom models. I'm too lazy to learn Blender and how the bones work here.
NOTE: Devian has a Trojan with models (as of at least 2025-02-08) in Heroes of Legend. I'll leave this up for the people who don't want that implementation and/or the whole Astra Militarum package. Our Trojans do completely different things, but use basically the same name and icon so that can get confusing.
Some time later, he also added the Samaritan. Still gonna leave this page up.

Lore Accuracy
The crane is mainly to tow static weapon emplacements, but we don't really have that. It could theoretically implemented by making emplacements have 0 movement unless starting adjacent to a Trojan (based on the Tidewall Gunrig cargo interaction) but I feel that's out of scope (oh and I'm lazy).
I've found the best use for these is to pile them up just behind the back lines as a sort of bivouac, which isn't exactly the same as ferrying supplies from cities to the troops. It should be possible to give it a stronger heal/resupply with a few uses that need to be recharged by entering a friendly city, but I think that would only be more tedious to play for not much benefit.
There also seems to be a metric buttload of variants, included improvised tanks, which I do not care enough to add in.
