Thank you for this mod author, it's a really fun one.

I only ever played this with Apocalypse settings, walking the zombies around the handrails and off the roof is pretty easy, but then you have to deal with that many more zombies on the lower levels

It's been a fun few runs! Every time I spawn and live past the roof I need to fight like hell for food, though. I don't want to change any settings so I can survive "as intended" (Without nerfing zombies or giving myself extra loot) But it has been a fight. I made it to the first kitchen and there was a cabbage and some Brussels sprouts after 3 days fighting nonstop to get there XD

I really like this mod, I spawned in and survived a day cleared out the first floor and then went to sleep, The second day I was trying to clear the second floor but got bitten and decided to jump over the railing of the top floor.

@Nix Those are all issues with the Week One mod, not this mod. The only thing this does is add 2 spawn points for the player. The skyscraper is already present in the vanilla game, so if NPCs have issues with it, then you should take that up to the Week One devs

The mod won't show up in the modlist if you're not on the right build of the game. Skyscrapers are only in the "Unstable" beta branch which you need to opt into in order to see on your modlist and use. Same with how a lot of mods aren't updated for unstable so if you switch over and have a long list of mods, you'll see it shrink considerably in the new modlist.

I had same issue as Egg, Friend of Ham and switching to unstable build under game properties betas fixed it.

The new mods page also has checkboxes to the left to turn on mods instead of hitting on to the right. Which is a nice UI/QoL change in my opinion.

Downloading this doesn't put it in my mods at all even after a fresh install and verifying integrity. Not sure what i'm messing up.

with the "week one" mod it is not playable. :stress: Residents consider the whole house theirs and attack as soon as they see it. Most people appear for a second and disappear. In the center there is a rectangular load-bearing wall, some jump into it as if there was a window in it. If you start from the top and go down, then the first 4 floors will be one person, inside the rooms there is nothing except a couple of books. Going down even lower you can find the first kitchen, but in it there are also only pens, magazines, books - still no signs of food. After another 5 floors there will be a small store with 2 donuts and a machine with a pack of chips - this is all that was found in the building from food, but it was not possible to get to the very bottom, since the game began to lag wildly, one frame per 5 seconds - of course, I had maximum graphics, but even setting the minimum, nothing changed.
