Swiss Plateau is now Bern
Bohemia is now Czechia
Ile de France is now Paris
Altai Krai is now Altai
Northern Hungary is now Budapest
Central Albania is now Tirana
Backa/Vojvodina is now Western Vojvodina
Oberbayern is now Upper Bavaria
Niederbayern is now Lower Bavaria
Thuringen is now Thuringia
Sachsen is now Saxony
Ostmark is now Neumark
Western Slovakia is now Bratislava
Eastern Slovakia is now Presov
North Slovenia is now Lower Styria
Northern Ireland is now Ulster
Scottish Highlands is now Highlands

Karjala is now Karelia if it is not owned by Finland or Sweden; if it is owned by Sweden, it will be Karelen, and if it is owned by Finland, it will go back to Karjala
