Rebalance of the Walker Mod by Kova. Requires the original mod. The original mod will need to be higher in priority in your playset.

15ORG
Forest: +20
Jungle = +15
Marsh = +10

Special projects don't require Gotterdammerung. It's a base-update feature. You just get more of them if you have the DLC. Which is also why the base Walker mod itself only requires NSB since the only DLC-specific content it utilizes is the tank designer.

I have not tested it on any other DLC and it required special projects for me.

Curious, why is Gotterdammerung a listed requirement? The base mod only requires NSB.
