Mortis Death Sound

Description
The "mortis" death sound effect from Faith: The Unholy Trinity. Some commenters on the soundtrack mod had the clever idea for this, so I learned how to do it.

I've tested the audio a few times and it came out loud for me at normal sound volume settings in the audio options + 60 desktop volume. I've lowered it since but let me know if you think its too loud/quiet and I will adjust it. Audicity says it hits around the -6db mark.
