[ALT] Elite Metrocop - Improved Vanilla Combine

Description
This sub-mod replaces the Entropy : Zero 2 Metro-Police Chief (although it's called elite in game files) retexture with the actual Half-Life 2 Beta leaked model with texture improvements.

This should work on absolutely all maps, no matter which ones.
