Description
Author: a_ra_ga_l

Purpose:
A UI for a view from bird flight.

Usage:
1. Resize window to your liking
2. Use "+" and "-" buttons for changing zoom
3, Use "N" button to switch between modes:
* locking by north direction
* locking by players view direction (showing north)
* locking by players view direction (hiding north)

Works well with:
* "SemiAutomaticGearBoxAutomation" custom script (to enhance racing experience):
