Description
The Ulyanov-class consists of 4 heavily modernized Kanin-class Destroyers. The changes were so vast that they were renamed and became a class of its own. The Ulyanov-class have been upgraded to carry the SA-N-6 Grumble VLS making them a much more potent threat against modern aircraft and missiles.

This ship has an off-by-one error that causes the SA-N-6 to use the wrong sensor - I'd hazard a guess that a number of your other ships have similar errors, as they slipped through the devs' watch too.
