The enemies are indeed purposely designed to be a bit more challenging, you can modify this in the xlsx file to your hearts content.
in vanilla this status effect appears way less which makes it still annoying but way less. here, those guys only use DIM debuff and if they have more than standard low HP , they ll muddle you and its just not fun
good idea in general but this part is just bad.
general balancing off those enemies feels stronger than vanilla aswell, this part is okay-ish but still.
