KIROV Variants

Description
This Mod adds the Kirov-class Variants to the game. This will allow you to create missions using the other Kirov-class ships. The Mod uses slight changes to game files to try to minimize impact from patches and upgrades to the base game by Triassic Games.

There are a few new sensor systems added to Kirov in vanilla game. They recently tuned how ECM works. So I would update the ESM/defensive ECM suite to be similar to vanilla Kirov. But otherwise, great work!
