L4D2 version

A direct port of Blood Orange from L4D1 to L4D2. The main differences from the other version is some small changes to level design mostly noticable on the first map and the finale map, and no infinite horde during the alarm event on map 3.

Other changes:
Changed weapon and item spawns to allow L4D2 added stuff to spawn
Fixed finale navmesh, so bots can get to the "rescue vehicle"
Adjusted map 1 navmesh to allow bots to jump at certain places
Fixed the loading poster and end credits logo
