[BIASC] Bleach Is A Strong Chemical

Description
If you’re using 250ml of bleach to clean a single spot, congrats—you’re the real biohazard here. This mod saves your bleach and your dignity. Clean responsibly!

What this mod does?:

Significantly reduces the amount of bleach used to clean up a single "remove stain" action. Bleach is not infinite , just reducing the amount of used per single action. 1 Liters of bleach is realistically enough to clean up big spaces, since dirtiness and blood effects are clearly more dangerous in B42 i created this mod so you can improve your chores gaming even further with a single bottle.

Conflicts:

It shouldn't conflict with anything , the mod doesn't change directly the amounts, instead it pings the amount of bleach uses directly when the action is started, so it should be good with any mods. Adjust the priority to first so it should be fine even with the mods configuring and changing similar stuff.

Feel free to give it a rating, feedbacks and new realistic ideas to balance out the game even further! Thanks for downloading the mod

Huge thanks to Nepenthe for the clarification and explanation of the new B42 feature, that you can now mix 10L bucket of water and 10ml of bleach to clean up to 40 tiles. However, still feel free to use my mod where you can clean a tile for 25ml of bleach instead of 250ml in the current vanilla.

For anyone wondering, the bleach in a bucket trick appears to only work in B42. I haven't updated to the unstable B42 yet, I'm still on B41, and it does not work. So this mod is still useful for those of us who prefer to use stable versions.

TY I try that!

Right click either bleach or the bucket, under liquid select "transfer" to bring up the liquid transfer window. Put 10 ml of bleach into an empty bucket. Walk to a tap and righ tclick, fill -> bucket with bleach. Or use liquid transfer again to tip in water from somewhere else.

Try to pour a little some from bucket to some other water container first to allow some space inside the bucket, this feature was not even mentioned anywhere so it is not working perfectly, i think for a solution, im gonna try to make a mode where you can adjust amount of "fill" command like transfering it.

How do you mix 10 l of water in a bucket with 10 ml bleach? Every bucket has 10 l capacity, the liquid transfer option does not offer such a solution.

@drstalker Thank you for the information, i will add this to the mod description, even this seems a bit less to me maybe i can tweak it later.

In B42 you're supposed to mix bleach with water to clean: https://www.reddit.com/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fi.redd.it%2Fjuthl2hc5e8e1.jpeg

This is explained... absolutely nowhere. But 10ml of bleach in a 10L bucket of water will clean 40 tiles.
