Simple build system (With destructibility)

Description
This addon adds a simple construction system. You can build different buildings using the SWEP builder. Buildings can also be made to break (If you break the support, everything else will fall)

If you want more colorful effects when destroying buildings, use addons such as TENSION, Immersive Collision Effects and etc.

If you want more stairs, you can download this pack.

Thanks to RuslanConnection and the LAN RP community for their help in developing the addon.

Get a SWEP builder from "Other" and build some

When I make a dupe of my build and place it down it turns invisible for some reason. How can I fix this?

I don't think you'll be interested in this, but I'll post and see.
Can you remove weld and nocollide, and fix the props to be considered normal props?

I've used this for like 3 minutes and I'm blown away. Super easy to use. Just awesome. I hope I find a sandbox server using this addon.
