Railgun Battlegroup

Description
A collection of ship designs for building a hypothetical battlegroup around railgun ships or augmenting your fleet in campaign (roles of each ship in their respective descriptions). In my personal headcannon, Monolith builds a fleet out of these designs to test an experimental naval doctrine built around railgun kites and covering their weaknesses.
