Description
A large 12-storey business center located in a modern city. Each floor has its own purpose. The business center has parking behind the building.
!Attention!
The elevator is quite unstable. Before getting to the floor, come close to the control panel and press the middle of the floor button.

addons are not paid; you can simply click subscribe and play with them immediately after starting a new game in garry's mod. if the addon you are trying to subscribe to IS "paid" however, they are probably trying to scam you or otherwise. be safe and have fun.
